This guacamole is excellent. Perfect for an appetizer or an addition to your main course!
Guacamole
Recipe adapted from Weight Watchers

Guacamole
- 2 medium avocados
- 1 large tomato
- 1/2 lime
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- SLICE avocados in half. Remove pit and peel.
- MASH the avocado to desired texture (a paste with some chunks is what we recommend).
- DICE tomato, and add to guacamole paste.
- SQUEEZE lime juice into tomato guacamole mixture.
- ADD salt and pepper, a little at a time, to taste.
