Chicken and Spinach Stuffed Shells
Directions
- COMBINE the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, spinach, basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- ADD chicken to mixture.
- POUR 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce in a 9"x13" baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- STUFF each shell with the chicken and cheese mixture, then place in the baking dish. Cover with the remaining pasta sauce.
- SPRINKLE with additional mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- TOP with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes.
